Sub-Decree No. 89 on the adjustment area of ​​Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh

This sub-decree shows the deduction of 104,754 square meters (one hundred and four thousand seven hundred and fifty-four square meters) located in Chong Thnal village, Sangkat Ponsaing, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh from the area of ​​Boeung Ta Mok, which is defined in sub-decree No.20 dated 03 February 2016 on the area of ​​Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) with an area of ​​3,239.7 hectares located in Phnom Penh as state public property to be reclassified from state public property to state private property was given to Ms. Chea Sopha Maden with taxes and duties borne by the state.
