368 hectares of land in Sre Chrov village, Taing Samrong commune and Trapeang Prey village, Kraing Divay commune, Phnom Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province were cut from forest cover in 2002 and reclassified as state private land. Granted the right to own 368 hectares of land in Sre Chrov village, Taing Samrong commune and Trapeang Prey village, Kraing Divay commune, Phnom Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province to Ly Yong Phat, who actually occupied it.
