Prakas No 273 on Registration Tax Collection

This Prakas aimed to determine the process and procedure of registration tax collection of tax administration. Registration tax has been collected on transfer of ownership of real property, all kind of vehicles and transportation, goods or services supply contract using state budget, transferring part or whole of company's stock, and legal document on establishing company, merging the companies, and resolving the company.
