Prakas No. 020 on the classification and list of wildlife species to make all wildlife species in the Kingdom of Cambodia become a state property and a component of forest resources, including: mammals, birds, otters, wildlife and other invertebrates and their eggs. All of these species are under the management, research and conservation of the Forestry Administration, excluding fish and aquatic animals.
