Law On Marine and Island Resources and Environment

This Law prescribes integrated management of marine and island resources and protection of the marine and island environment; and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals in integrated management of marine and island resources and protection of the marine and island environment of Vietnam. The protection of the marine and island environment, and the management, exploitation and use of marine and island resources of all kinds must comply with relevant laws and this Law.
