Demining activities have been identified by the Royal Government as a top priority to contribute to poverty reduction and development. The Kingdom of Cambodia has set a clear vision that Cambodia is a landmine-free country, the threat of explosive remnants of war has been reduced to a minimum, and that socio-economic and human development can be carried out safely.
