Government Policy to reduce call balance for users during the COVID-19

Telecommunications service providers (telecommunications regulators) ordered telecommunications companies a 15% discount to users for all types of services (landline, cordless, postpaid, and prepaid); sending SMS to the users to inform them of the discount, as well as send a special committee website to help keep track and update on information on the Coverage-19, it shall be implemented from May 31 to June 30.
