Cutting a total land of 9,067 ha in Ponkro and Svay Chrum communes of Rolea Bphea district, Kbal Tuek, Krang Skea, Choung Mung and Toul Kpos commune of Tuek Phos district, and Svay Chok commune of Samki Meanchey district in Kampong Chhang province: 634 ha from former Sery Enterprise; 8,017 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; and 416 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; and Reclassifying 8,389 ha as state private land for granting donoation of ownership to 4,549 families, and Reserving 678 ha as community forest and state public land.
