[Draft] Completed environmental and social impact assessment: Project on submarine cable network construction of Telcotech ltd

Telcotech is a member of Asia AmericanGateway and is the exclusive Internet Service Provider for Cambodia, a submarine cable network linking the United States with South-East Asia. The company has provided exclusive services to EZECOM, part of Royal Group, which has invested with Telekom Malaysia Berhad (Malaysia), Symphony Communication Public (Thailand), to develop the project. The submarine cable network extends from the Sea of Malaysia to Sihanoukville province of Cambodia and continues to Thailand with a total length of 1,380 km (across Cambodia with a total length of 471 km).
