After its mining exploration operation finished, the contractor shall be responsible for restoring the environment, including soil erosion protection, in its licensed operation areas. |

The contractor and its employees shall respect traditions of local residents who live in its licensed areas and shall not interfere in their daily lives. |
Fiscal duties summary |
The contractor shall pay tax on annual profit based on: A. 26% of the net profit if the contractor earns up to 500,000 USD, B. 30% of the net profit if the contractor earns from 500,001 to 1,000,000 USD, C. 35% of the net profit if the contractor earns from 1,000,001 to 2,000,000 USD, D. 40% of the net profit if the contractor earns from 2,000,001 to 5,000,000 USD, E. 45% of the net profit if the contractor earns more than 5,000,000 USD. |
