The establishment of a business entity in Cambodia is mainly governed by the Law on Commercial Enterprises and Law on Commercial Rules and Register which are regulated by the Ministry of Commerce, whereas the establishment of investment company is governed by the Law on Investment under the supervision of the Council for the Development of Cambodia.
