Sub-decree No. 90 on the modification of Ta Mok lake (Buoeng Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh
2,985,472 square meters of land as established in the sub-decree No. 20, issued on 03 February 2016, on defining the Ta Mok lake as a public state property were ceded and reclassified as state private property, and were granted ownership to the Ministry of Nation Defense for constructing General Command of Cambodian Arm Forces and being used as a quarter in leading long term strategies.
