Sub-Decree No. 164 on data exchange through Cambodia Data Exchange (CamDX)
This sub-decree defines the management of data exchange between one IT system and another in the public sector and with the private sector within the framework of interoperability through Cambodia Data Exchange (CamDX ") in a secure, transparent and accountable manner as well as providing effective and efficient public services to promote the adoption and evolution of digital in line with the digital economic and social policy framework in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
