This sub-decree is about the transferring land in 4 locations as the private property of state as following: 1) Odem Land lot of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport with an area of ​​10.9846 hectares located in Odem Village, Sangkat Choam Chao, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh. 2) The land lot of the former Kamsap Unit of Preah Sihanouk Province of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport is 3,012 square meters, located in Village 3, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk Province. 3) The land lot of the former Secretariat of State for Civil Aviation is 6,774 square meters in Tumnup Village, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. 4) The land lot of the former Department of Publicity of the Ministry of Interior is 26,918 square meters, located in Phum Khlar, Sangkat Dangkor, Khan Dangkor, Phnom Penh.
