Communicable Diseases Act, B.E. 2558 (2015)

“Communicable disease” means a disease caused by pathogens or toxins from pathogens, which is transmissible to humans, directly or indirectly. Whereas it is expedient to revise the law on communicable diseases; Be it, therefore, enacted by the King by and with the advice and consent of the National Legislative Assembly.
